PGM to XXL converter

What the converter supports
- VerifiedEvery command in the record table: panel header, boring with its spindles, rapid and cutting moves, arcs, origins, mirrors, subprogram calls and comments. All 116 reference programs come back as the exact text they were compiled from.
- UnverifiedPrograms from controllers outside the Tria series. They may use commands this table does not name, and a file containing one is refused rather than half read.
- UnsupportedFiles that are not PGM programs, and records whose stated length disagrees with the command they name. Both are refused with the byte that failed.
