What triggers it
The panel is named twice in an MPR: once by the variables in the header and once by the workpiece macro. Here the two do not match, so one of them is stale.

How to fix it
The converter uses the header. Open the file in woodWOP and check which is right, because cutting to the wrong one wastes the board.
